At Anklets Jewellery Making, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn fashion pieces. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the jewellery in its original box and include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization number provided.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
